As each shot is taken the meter will automatically reset compute and display the new readings in
less than a second. Standard meters are mean average FWDC calibrated for operation from your
existing 50mv/1000 Amp meter shunt either in place of or in conjunction with your machines
meter. Meters are preset but final calibration depends on accuracy of your existing meter shunt.
An externally accessible adjustment is available for final calibration. They may be ordered for AC
or HWDC Signal Input and different meter shunt ratings. AC/DC True RMS meter is also available.

A. AM-22 DIN Operation
1. Attach wires to terminals observing label markings. Terminal 1 & 2 is AC
line input, 3 is GND, 4 & 5 is shunt signal input and 6 & 7 is external manual
reset signal input.
2. Shunt signal input is not polarized. Shielded twin lead maybe required if
meter reading is erratic due to noise pickup.
3. Auto reset occurs with a minimum input signal of 3mv. About 60 amps from
a 50mv-1000A shunt.
4. To manually reset meter display to zero. Momentarily short across 6 & 7.
5. Meter calibration ADJ. is on rear panel. CW will increase ammeter reading.
A small screw driver is required to access slot adjustment.
6. Zero adjust is internal. Remove rear panel for access.
B. Case Mounting
1. Cut out = 3.62 X 1.73” (96 X 44mm)
2. Snap-in mounting clips are provided for Panel Installations.
